The Treasurer has asked that if anyone has any expenses to claim relating to 2014 could you please ensure that

Please keep an eye out for vulnerable older neighbours, family members and
friends who may be at greatest risk as a result of the freezing conditions and
With sub-zero temperatures expected in the next few days the elderly are
particularly vulnerable and may need help with day to day tasks.
Older people are particularly vulnerable in these weather conditions as
they are unable to get out, and if they do venture out are at most at risk of
illness or injury.

On Monday the 15th of December, I shaved off my hair for charity. So far I have made
over £600 in sponsors, which is absolutely amazing! The money is going to Teenage Cancer Trust and a charity a friend of mine (Jessica Robson) set up before she passed away
earlier this year: Jessica's Sarcoma Awareness. Both charities do amazing things in working
with young people with cancer, in providing better facilities and in carrying out research.
The hair itself I donated to The Little Princess Trust, a charity which provides wigs to children who lost their hair due to cancer treatment. I'm still accepting donations, either online
or in cash, but I wanted to say a huge thank you to those from church who already donated.

THE EASYRIDERS SANTA TOY RUN
The Easyriders Santa Toy Run last Sunday to the Children’s
Heart Unit at the Freeman Hospital. We took presents in for
the children. About 33 bikes and trikes took part with one
biker in a Predator costume. There was also a car that is
modelled on KITT, the car from the TV series Knight Rider
in the 80’s. A great attraction for the children who were
brought out of the heart unit to see it.
