 Developed Faculty of Education work Procedures.

Designed Strategic Pillars to guide the growth and development of the Faculty –
Philosophy, Vision, Mission Values and Motto.

Prepared Faculty and Departmental staff establishment.

Supervised teaching, setting and Administration of Examinations for Semester 1
2011/2012.

Developed a proposal for Specialized Instructional Rooms in the Faculty such as –
Education Media Centre, Radio and Television Studios, Forensic Lab, Geography
Technical Room.

Developed strong consultative and team work spirit amongst the staff of the Faculty of
Education and Social Sciences.

Developed FESS Brochure For marketing of the programmes in the Faculty.

Launched Graduate programmes in the Faculty.
