Classes Offered in Running Order (Subject to Change if needed): ALL DAYS
Excellent & Master FAST, Excellent & Master JWW, then Excellent & Master Standard (All Reg & Pref of all
preceeding), T2B, Open FAST, Open JWW, Novice FAST, Novice JWW, Open Standard, Novice Standard (All Reg
& Pref of all preceeding). Small dogs will run first Friday, Large dogs will run first Saturday & Sunday.
Exhibitors are responsible for entering the proper height divisions. In the Regular classes, dogs may be entered at the
jump height for which their measurement qualifies them or a higher jump height, if the exhibitor chooses. In the Preferred
classes, however, dogs must run in the jump height for which their actual measurement qualifies them. Exhibitors who
need to be measured are now responsible for making sure this is accomplished prior to running.
RETURNED CHECKS do not constitute a valid entry fee. A charge of $30.00
will be made for each returned check. ENTRIES RECEIVED WITHOUT FEES
will not be accepted TELEGRAPH, TELEPHONE AND UNSIGNED ENTRIES cannot be
accepted and will be returned.
MAKE ALL CHECKS & MONEY ORDERS payable to “TBGSDC”. All fees are
to be payable in U.S. Funds. NO ENTRY SHALL BE MADE AND NO ENTRY
SHALL BE ACCEPTED, WHICH SPECIFIES ANY CONDITIONS AS TO ITS
ENTRIES NOT ON OFFICIAL AKC ENTRY FORMS OR PHOTOCOPIES OF
ENTRY FORMS without the Agreement and Rules as well as UNSIGNED
entries are NOT ACCEPTABLE and WILL BE RETURNED!
This trial is open to all dogs fifteen (15) months of age or older that are registered with
the American Kennel Club or that have AKC Limited Registration, Purebred
Alternative Listing/Indefinite Listing Privileges (PAL/ILP) or an AKC Canine Partners
listing number, or approved Foundation Stock Service (FSS) breeds. Bitches in season,
aggressive, blind or deaf dogs or dogs suffering from any deformity, injury or illness
which may affect the dog's physical or mental performance are ineligible to

Entry Fees: $16.00 PER CLASS entered for the same dog on the same day.
(includes $3.50 1st run + $3 each additional run AKC recording fee)
In Preferred classes a dog MUST jump 4 inches lower than regular height. In REGULAR
classes Handlers may opt to run in a higher height division in regular classes but not in a
division lower than their proper height division. Dogs that run in a height division lower
than their proper division will be eliminated
"Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians’ recommendation to assure their
dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases,
and have appropriate vaccinations."
Obstacles will conform to the requirements in the current edition of the AKC
Regulations For Agility Trials.
ENTRY FEES shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by
Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by action of Trial Committee. If because of
riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of the management, It is impossible to
open or to complete the trial, no refund of entry fees will be made.
ERRORS ON ENTRY FORMS-Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry
forms, and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of
entries after published closing date.
DOGS MAY ARRIVE any time prior to Judging. DOGS NOT REQUIRED for further judging
will be excused.
JUDGES ARE NOT REQUIRED TO WAIT FOR DOGS. The Owner of each dog is solely
Responsible for having it ready at ringside when it is to be judged. The Club has no responsibility
for providing service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of
calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required.
DOGS PRESENT will not be permitted to roam. Dogs must use the designated exercise area.
TRIAL COMMITTEE will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs and exhibitors,
but will not be responsible for, nor assume any liability in the event of an accident or
misfortune to either dogs or exhibitors participating in this show.

BITCHES IN SEASON Upon receipt of a written statement from a Veterinarian
before the start of the show on the first day of the trial a refund of all fees less $5
per day processing fee.
Move-Ups - Move ups will be allowed for this trial but must be sent in writing
to the trial secretary no later than 6PM on Monday, Jan 5th, 2015. Day-to-day
move-ups must be to the Trial Sec. no later than the day preceding the event.
Ribbons will be awarded for 1 through 4 in each height for all regular & preferred classes.
Title Rosettes and Special Rosettes & Bar for dogs earning a MACH, PAX & PACH. Daily
Rossette awarded for the High Scoring GSD from Standard & JWW (combined) & Pref for all
levels Standard & JWW classes (not FAST). If no combined (QQ), then highest Standard, then
highest JWW. Sign Up daily to let us know. All GSDs entering receive special gift! Must claim
at check in. Dark Green Ribbons will be award to dogs receiving a qualifying score &
qualifying. No awards will be mailed. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to claim awards
won daily. Daily “Winers” Raffle for those that NQ!

consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of the holding of this event and of the opportunity to have the dog judged and to
win prizes, ribbons, or trophies, I (we) agree to hold the AKC, the event-giving club, their members, directors, governors, officers,
agents, superintendents or event secretary and the owner and/or lessor of the premises and any provider of services that are

Handlers may opt to enter in a higher height division for all Regular titling classes, but not in a division lower
than their proper height division. Dogs entered in the Preferred classes must compete at the required jump
height and may not compete in a jump height division higher or lower than their proper height division.
All dogs that have not been officially measured for an Agility Jump Height Card may still compete; however,
they must be measured by a Judge of record, an Agility Field Representative, or a Volunteer Measuring
Official, prior to running. If measured by the Judge of record, that measurement will be valid for this trial or
back-to-back trials only. If a measurement is necessary, it is the exhibitor's responsibility to have their dog(s)
measured prior to running.
Dogs listed in the AKC Canine Partners SM program may be eligible to enter all-breed AKC agility trials at the
club’s option. These dogs should be listed as All American Dog and must include their AKC number on the
entry form and check the AKC No. box.
Junior Handlers should enter their Junior Handler number on the front of this form. Should you not have your
Junior Handler number, it may be obtained from the American Kennel Club (919) 233-9767. If the Junior
Handler is not the owner of the dog identified on the face of this form, what is the relationship of the Junior
Handler to the Owner?
