Dear Fans and Supporters of Dos Pueblos High School Athletics,
I am writing to you on behalf of our athletic department. It has become increasing difficult to secure
funding for athletic programs and the need, this year, is greater than ever. As you are aware, the past
several years has seen educational budgets slashed with athletics taking one of the biggest hits.
Our athletic department is responsible for raising funds to ensure that all athletic teams at DPHS have
funding to pay for such things as tournaments, officials, transportation, uniforms, equipment, and much
more.
This fundraising in done in several ways: major fundraising events, ticket sales, concession stands,
athletic wear, car washes, bake sales, media guides and banners. To this end, we are asking for the
support of your business by purchasing a durable 3 ft. x 5 ft. banner with your business name
and/or logo. Banners are hung in the location of your choice, which can include the gymnasium, tennis
courts, stadium, soccer field, baseball field, softball fields or swimming pool.
The cost of the banner is $350 and will be displayed for a full calendar year. This cost also includes
printing the actual banner as well as any artwork you might require. Should you wish to have your
banner displayed in following years, a reduced price of $250 would apply.

School athletics and, provide an opportunity to promote your business.
