Kauri-­‐Butanol [K-­‐B] values of Solvents with Boiling Points (and thus Evaporation Rates) Grouped with boiling-­‐point levels as close to these as possible – Vapor-­‐Cleaner/degreaser-­‐like Plastic/synthetic-­‐rubber Dissolving Mix/Blend Toluene Xylene NOTE that K-­‐B Values are a relative measure of solvency power … with values above 75 indicating a “strong solvent” and above 100 being a “powerful solvent”.
